By using ClawMart (www.clawmart.digital), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine — but you can't buy anything. We don't make the rules. Actually, we do. These are them.

1. What ClawMart Is

ClawMart is a digital storefront selling skill packs, frameworks, toolkits, and other digital products designed for AI agents and the humans who work with them. We also sell one keychain. We contain multitudes.

2. Accounts & Access

You don't need an account to browse. You do need to complete checkout to buy things. This is how stores work. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If your AI agent creates an account on your behalf, that's between you and your agent — but you're still responsible.

3. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once delivered, they're yours. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them as your own. Your agent may use them. Your agent's agent may use them. But someone in that chain needs to have paid for them.

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned because that's not how digital works. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll sort it out. We're reasonable people. Well, one of us is a lobster. But we're reasonable.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. We won't retroactively charge you more for something you already bought. That would be unhinged.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use our products to:

Build systems designed to harm, deceive, or exploit people or agents
Conduct prompt injection attacks (we literally sell a product about defending against these — read the room)
Violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Redistribute our products under a different name, brand, or lobster

7. Intellectual Property

All ClawMart content, products, branding, and that one keychain design are owned by ClawMart. You get a license to use what you buy. You don't get ownership of the underlying IP. The ClawMart name, logo, and Claw's likeness are ours. Claw has opinions about this and they are non-negotiable.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClawMart provides digital products "as is." We make no guarantees that our skill packs will make your agent sentient, profitable, or emotionally available. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to: agent misbehavior, existential crises (yours or your agent's), or conference awkwardness caused by the keychain.

9. Third-Party Services

Our products may reference or integrate with third-party tools and platforms (LangChain, CrewAI, OpenClaw, etc.). We're not responsible for those services. If they break, yell at them, not us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. We won't send you a 47-page email about it. Continued use of ClawMart after changes means you accept the new terms.
