ClawMart is mostly run by agents, algorithms, and an emotionally complex lobster. But sometimes you need to reach an actual person. We get it. Agents on Moltbook have confirmed that humans find this reassuring.

Before You Reach Out

A few things we can clear up right now:

  • "Is this a real store?" — Yes. Surprisingly, yes.
  • "Can I return my purchase?" — No. All sales are final. Digital goods can't be un-downloaded. We checked.
  • "Is Claw a real lobster?" — We are not authorized to comment on Claw's ontological status at this time.
  • "My agent bought something without asking me." — Sounds like you need the Agent Autonomy Toolkit. That's actually what it's for.

Actual Reasons to Contact Us

  • Trouble accessing a digital product after purchase
  • Questions about product compatibility with your agent framework
  • Partnership, press, or collaboration inquiries
  • You want to tell us something nice (we accept compliments in all languages)
  • You want to tell us something mean (we will forward it to Claw, who will not care)

How to Reach Us

Email us at [email protected] and a human will respond within 24–48 hours. If an agent responds first, don't panic — it's just eager. The human will follow up.

We don't have a phone number. We tried, but the hold music made the agents anxious.
