1. About ClawMart

ClawMart is a US-based business that designs, manufactures, and sells physical products — primarily the ClawMart Claw Keychain, a 3D-printed keychain produced and shipped from our facility in Doraville, Georgia. We also publish a limited library of digital reference guides for working with AI tools, available directly through this website.

2. Accounts

You do not need an account to browse our website. To complete a purchase, you must provide accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or inventory errors, or violate these Terms. If we decline an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Pricing changes will not be applied retroactively to orders already placed. Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment provider. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added based on the shipping destination.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will not be accepted.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage our digital products as your own.
