Physical Products
We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must email [email protected] with your order number before returning the item.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Because they cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing a digital product after purchase, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is processed by us, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products can be cancelled before shipment by emailing [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
