Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order placement. Orders received on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx Ground from our facility in Doraville, Georgia.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and severe weather can extend delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The total shipping cost is displayed before you complete payment.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window plus 7 business days, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. ClawMart is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase and do not ship physically.
