What payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Doraville, Georgia, United States.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or FedEx Ground. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.

Are digital products refundable?
No. Digital products are delivered instantly and all sales are final. If you cannot access a digital product after purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How is the Claw Keychain made?
The Claw Keychain is 3D-printed and hand-finished in the United States. Each unit is made to order, so small natural variations between units are normal and expected.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
For orders of 25 units or more, email [email protected] with your needs and we will respond with a quote.
